Malama Popoki is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare agency whose primary mission is to work actively and collaboratively with other organizations and individuals toward the humane reduction of pet and feral cat overpopulation on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii by:

  • Implementing the internationally recognized program TNRM (trap-neuter-return-manage) in our work with feral cat colonies
  • Promoting responsible pet ownership
  • Finding homes for animals without owners and
  • Educating the public in proper animal care and treatment
